Dr Shelley Dua



Dr Shelley Dua is a a clinical fellow in the Department of Medicine at the University of Cambridge, senior allergy trainee and Chief Resident at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (CUHT). Dr Dua has undertaken a PhD thesis on population thresholds and the role of co-factors in severe peanut allergy as part of the Thresholds of Reactivity And Clinical Evaluation (TRACE) study. Her areas of research interest include peanut allergy, reaction severity assessment, reactivity thresholds, co-factors and symptom patterns and progression during anaphylaxis. Dr Dua is a member of the specialty advisory committee for allergy at the Royal College of Physicians.
